  • Handmade envelopes or those constructed with unusual adhesives or paper types may be damaged during processing and could lead to request disqualification. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the request submitter or the adherence to program guidelines, the final decision rests with Casino Click's Operator. Disqualification of the request may occur in such instances.

3.4 Sweeps Coin Postal Request Code is a unique combination of 12 digits that you can obtain by following the steps outlined below. Each Postal Request Code is unique to your Account, can only be used once on a Request Card, and expires after 30 days. These codes help us process your requests efficiently. Cards submitted with expired codes will be considered invalid. Note that such Codes are strictly for the account they're generated for. Sharing codes with others is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of directly or indirectly providing their code to another person.

3.5 To obtain your Postal Request Code, sign in to your Casino Click account and click on the Postal Request Code link located here Postal Request Code. Clicking the “Postal Request Code" will trigger a series of on-screen instructions. Carefully follow these prompts to ensure you receive your code correctly. Once you've completed the steps, a Postal Request Code will be displayed on your screen for a limited time. Make sure to record this code accurately onto the designated Request Card associated with the offer.
Important Note: The availability and specific steps to retrieve a Postal Request Code may vary depending on the Operator's campaign and the specific offer details. Always refer to the terms and conditions of the particular offer for the most up-to-date instructions.

3.6 Sweeps Coins balance is viewable in the User’s account on the Website. The allocation of Sweeps Coins to Users is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Operator.

3.7 Any lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, ambiguous, or misdirected requests or allocations of Sweeps Coins are not the Operator's responsibility.

3.8 The authorized owner of the email address used for registration shall be considered the User in the event of a dispute over the registration of a Customer Account. The individual who receives an email address from the applicable service provider is recognized as the "authorized holder".

3.9 It is not permitted to use automated or other methods to play or earn Sweeps Coins. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification and loss of game eligibility.

3.10 Should a user's account be terminated for any reason, or at the Operator’s sole discretion, Sweeps Coins may be forfeited.

3.11 Sweeps Coins will remain active for a period of sixty (60) days from your last login to your Casino Click account. Any account activity, such as logging in or playing a game, will reset this timer.

5.2. Users who receive Free Spins through promotions, as a gift for Gold Coin purchases, or as daily rewards may use these spins on selected games to win additional Sweeps Coins. Users must play their Free Spins at least one time before becoming eligible to redeem any rewards from winnings.

5.3. Free Spins are only valid for specific games as determined by the Operator. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they are playing the correct game associated with the Free Spins to qualify for potential winnings.

6. Winner Authentication Procedure

This section outlines how Casino Click verifies Users to ensure fair and secure redemption of Prizes.

6.1 Casino Click shall verify potential winners at their discretion. It has the last say in establishing the winner. 7. Prize Redemption

This section outlines how the Users may redeem their Sweeps Coins for material Prizes.

7.1 Your current Sweeps Coin balance is displayed within your account.

7.2 Prizes are only awarded upon redemption. Unplayed Sweeps Coins do not confer any rights.

7.3 In cases of cash redemption, payments will be sent in US dollars to a specified bank account or using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or USDT. An alternate bank account may be designated as well. Casino Click may suggest using a different payment method or the one used to acquire Gold Coins.

7.4 Only prize redemptions with a value of at least $100 (i.e., 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins from the User’s account) will be accepted.

7.5 To redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes, you must be an eligible User, as defined by the present Rules, and have account details matching your personal information.

7.6 The daily redemption limit shall not exceed $2500 for bank transfers and $5000 for crypto transfers. However, Users may be individually granted more flexible redemption limits based on their activity and membership duration.
In New York and Florida, regardless of any individual flexibility, the maximum redemption value of a Sweeps Coins prize won via participation in the Sweepstakes is $5,000 per day. Any redemption of a prize valued in excess of $5,000 will not be allocated or paid.

7.7 Users are liable for any taxes or fees related to the redemption of prizes. When claiming or redeeming a reward, they are responsible for paying all relevant taxes and fees.

7.8 Any foreign exchange fees, charges, or other expenses incurred during prize redemption are not covered by the Operator. This covers any losses or extra expenses brought on by changes in currency rates.

7.9 The Operator reserves the right to refuse substitutes and to prohibit the transfer of Sweeps Coins. In the event of unforeseeable events beyond their reasonable control, the Operator retains the right to substitute any specified prize with one of equal or better value.

7.10 Winners shall be notified by email.

7.11 The Operator has the right to set weekly limits on redemption of Sweeps Coins into real-world value. This limit can be $35,000 or any other amount the Operator deems necessary. These limits are in place to comply with regulations and meet the needs of our partners.

8. Liability Waiver

8.1 Users consent to the platform's Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), the present Rules and any and Operator's decisions.

8.2 You hereby agree to hold the Operator, its affiliates, prize providers, and any other parties engaged in the sponsorship, administration, advertising, or promotion of the Casino Click and its Sweeps games (collectively, the "Released Parties") not responsible for any and all accountabilities, costs, and claims arising from your participation.
Defamation, intellectual property infringement, privacy violation, negligence, property damage, physical injury, or death resulting from entering, making an entry, taking part, receiving, or utilizing prizes (including travel or activities associated with them) are some, but not all the examples of the applicable outcomes.

10. Operator Rights

11. Limited Liability

You accept that the arbitration and dispute resolution processes specified in the T&Cs will apply to you should you accept these Rules.

13. Participant Privacy

The use of your personal data obtained and processed by Casino Click is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are strongly recommended to familiarize yourself with its provisions before partaking in Sweeps games.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Punitive, incidental, or consequential damages (including attorney costs) will never be applied to participants in excess of what they actually paid to play Sweeps games. Additionally, Users forfeit their right to have any damages enhanced or compounded. The latter may not apply to you within your local legal framework.

14.2 With the exception of any conflicting laws or regulations from other countries, all matters pertaining to these rules, or the rights and duties of participants and the Operator regarding the Sweeps games, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

14.3 The Operator is committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all program participants. Any comments posted on the Operator's social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, during the program period that are deemed to be harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise detrimental to the program's integrity will be removed. The Operator reserves the right to disqualify individuals from further participation in the program for such behavior. In cases of severe misconduct, the Operator may report the matter to the relevant social media platform for further investigation.
