  • Excluded Territories: Specific locations where participation is restricted, as specified in the Preamble of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent Conduct: Any actions that violate the terms of service.
  • Game: Any interactive activity offered on the platform, playable in standard or promotional mode.
  • Inactive Account: An account with no activity for over a year.
  • Merchandise: Physical prizes awarded by Casino Click.
  • Participation: Any use of Casino Click's features, including playing games.
  • Payment Administration Agent: The service provided through any related body corporate, affiliate, or third party we appoint to act as our agent.
  • Payment Medium: The method used to purchase Gold Coins (credit card, online wallet, etc.).
  • Payment Processor: A third-party service handling transactions for Gold Coin purchases.
  • Platform: Services offered through any URL or mobile application are branded as Casino Click or its affiliated resources. This includes the website, as well as all of its subdomains, subpages, and successor sites, and all of the games, features, tools, and services that are accessible there.

3.1.Platform and Payment Processing

3.2. Prize Fund Segregation

Funds equivalent to the total value of unclaimed prizes from registered customers are held by Casino Click in separate accounts distinct from their business accounts. While these measures aim to safeguard prize funds, it's important to understand that, in the unlikely event of insolvency, there is no absolute guarantee that unclaimed prizes will be distributed.

4. User Membership & Obligations

4.1 Eligibility Criteria

To participate:

  • You cannot reside in or access the Platform from Excluded Territories during Standard Play and Promotional Play.
  • You participate for personal entertainment only, not commercially.
  • You participate on your own behalf, not someone else's.
  • All information you provide must be accurate and updated promptly.
  • You use legal funds to purchase Gold Coins (no ill-gotten gains).
  • You purchase Gold Coins from a personal account, not a business one.
  • You avoid any fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software/hardware during gameplay.
  • You use a valid payment method to purchase Gold Coins.
  • You cannot sell or trade Casino Click merchandise for value.
4.2 Player Responsibility and Disqualification:

It's your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent restrictions (using VPNs, proxies, false information, playing from excluded territories, or through a third party from an excluded territory) is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and potentially fraud. Such violations may lead to disqualification and possible legal action.

4.3 Users Ineligible Regardless of Location

Employees of Casino Click, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or anyone involved in the Games' design, production, execution, or distribution, along with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate.

5. Authorization

5.1 Limited Permission for Use:

Upon your agreement and continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Casino Click grants you restricted authorization to access and utilize the Platform and its Content. This authorization is for your personal amusement only, and it's:

  • Personal: Limited to your individual use.
  • Non-Exclusive: Others may also receive permission.
  • Non-Transferable: You cannot grant access to others.

  • Limited to Supported Devices: Access is restricted to compatible web browsers and mobile devices.
5.2 Ownership

These Terms and Conditions do not grant you any ownership rights to the Platform or its Content.

5.3 Compliance

You acknowledge that your access to the Platform is contingent upon your agreement with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation or disagreement may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform, including the Games and Content.

5.4 Geographical Restrictions

6. User Accounts

6.1 Single Account

Only one Casino Click account, whether it is active or not, is permitted. Attempting to create more than one will result in the suspension or termination of each account, potentially the repercussions mentioned in section 22. Make contact with Customer Support instead of creating a new account if you need to amend your address, email, or last name.

6.2 Maintaining Up-to-Date and Precise Data

Reliable information is crucial. If anything changes, use the Platform's Support means to update your information (address, email, and phone number). Your government ID and your registered name must match.

6.3 Account Security

When registering, you select a password (unless you're using a Facebook login). It is your duty to ensure that your payment methods and login credentials are safe and unreadable by third parties. Any illegal use of your account, including usage by minors (which is strictly prohibited), is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and account informationprivate. Contact us right away if you believe there has been a security compromise. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your password private and to monitor any activity on your account, including transactions made without authorization.

6.4 Account Transfers

It is strictly prohibited to transfer Gold or Sweeps Coins between accounts, users, or to accept them from third parties. Any attempt to break these guidelines will result in the immediate cancellation of your account, without affecting any further action we may take.

6.5 Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate accounts deemed inactive.

6.6 User-Initiated Account Termination

You can request the closure of your account at any time by contacting us via email, live chat or phone. You will lose access to and ownership of any Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and unredeemed prizes linked to your account if you close it.

6.7 Responsible Gaming Termination

If you have reasons to believe your User experience goes against responsible practices, you may initiate Responsible Gaming Termination. In your closure request, please specify if the reason for the termination of your account. Details can be found under the Responsible Social Gaming Policy.

6.8 Account Restoration

You can get in touch with Customer Support and ask to reactivate your account. Our staff review every request in accordance with stringent client protection protocols.

6.9 Exclusive Account Control Rights

At our sole discretion, we have the right to restrict, suspend, close, or deny opening an account. The penalties specified in section 22 will apply in the event that an account is closed under section 22.1 of these Terms. Your right to redeem prizes will be honored in the event of closure for other reasons, but you will no longer be able to utilize or get access to Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.

7. Play Tokens

7.2 Gold Coin Purchases

By accepting these terms, you authorize storage of your payment information for future purchases. Payment processing begins upon clicking the "PAY NOW" button. All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Report billing issues within 30 days of purchase.

7.3 Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin Balances

Participation in games requires sufficient Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins (depending on the game). Gold Coins can be purchased using the corresponding option in the Coin Shop. Users may select one of the offered Coin Packs and purchase them using a payment method of choice. Gold Coins will be accrued to your account immediately after the transaction is completed. Gold Coin purchases are intended for Standard Play and are non-refundable . You cannot withdraw funds used for Gold Coin purchases. Gold Coins have no real-world monetary value. Submitted and accepted Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins cannot be changed, withdrawn, or canceled.

7.4 Account Suspension and Payment Reversals

Reversed, charged-back, or returned purchases will result in account suspension. The purchase amount becomes a debt owed to Casino Click. Payment via an alternative method is required for immediate account reinstatement. Winnings and redemption requests will be deemed void until payment is received.

7.5 Sweeps Coin Requirements

As defined in the Sweeps Rules, Sweeps Coins may require one or more plays before becoming eligible for prize redemption. At our discretion, Sweeps Coins may require a specific number of plays in designated Promotional Play Games before becoming eligible for redemption.

7.6 Void Games

If we think there was a mistake, error, or technical issue affecting payouts, odds, or software, we retain the right to cancel participation in the game, in whole or in part.

7.7 Ultimate Outcomes

The server software result is regarded as final and official in the event that there are differences between the results seen on your device and the results provided by Casino Click.

8. Promotions

8.1 Understanding the Rules

These Terms, the Sweeps Rules, and any additional rules announced with the relevant promotion will apply to all promotions offered by Casino Click, including bonuses, contests, special offers, and games played utilizing promotional features. If there is a conflict between these general terms and terms unique to the promotion, the promotion-specific terms will apply. Casino Click retains the sole right to withhold, deny, or cancel any benefit, bonus, or prize related to a promotion if it reasonably believes a registered customer is abusing it (including but not limited to fraudulent behavior) to obtain an unfair advantage for themselves or others.

8.3 Content Usage

Entering a promotion, contest, or competition gives Casino Click permission to use any content you submit or publish in any way it sees fit, without giving you credit as the creator. This license is irrevocable, perpetual, global, non-exclusive, and royalty-free.

9. Rewards

This section outlines the process and policies governing prize redemption at Casino Click.

9.1 Redemption Methods
  • Direct Bank Transfer: If you select this option, your winnings will be transferred to the bank account linked to your profile. We may require that the same account used for any prior deposits be used for redemptions. If unavailable, an alternative account you designate may be used, provided it is legally yours. We reserve the right to choose a specific method at our discretion.
  • Crypto Transfer: When opting for a crypto payout, the payment will be sent to the designated cryptocurrency wallet address. If no wallet is provided or the one provided is invalid, we may request you to update the information. We reserve the right to process payouts using an alternative method at our discretion if needed.
9.2 Limits and Fees

We set a minimum redemption amount of $100. While Casino Click does not charge any transaction fees, payment administration agents may do so when processing prize redemptions.

The daily redemption limit shall not exceed $2500 for bank transfers and $5000 for crypto transfers. However, Users may be individually granted more flexible redemption limits based on their activity and membership duration.

In New York and Florida, regardless of any individual flexibility, the maximum redemption value of a Sweeps Coins prize won via participation in the Sweepstakes is $5,000 per day. Any redemption of a prize valued in excess of $5,000 will not be allocated or paid.

9.3 Your Responsibility and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring your bank account accepts payments from us for cash redemptions. Similarly, if opting for cryptocurrency redemptions, it is your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate wallet address. We are not liable for any delays or lost payments resulting from incorrect or invalid wallet details.

9.4 Payment Restrictions

We will not send payments to accounts that do not match your verified name or are not legally owned by you. Cash prizes won't be sent to:

  • Joint accounts where a joint owner is a minor.
  • Custodial accounts.
  • Accounts held in trust for a third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy of financial institution details provided for cash redemptions. Incorrect details won't result in a refund.

9.5 Consequences of Inaccurate Information

You may be required to provide a new bank account or cryptocurrency wallet for payment delays due to inaccurate information. We may void prizes if you fail to provide a valid alternative account or crypto wallet within 60 days.

9.6 Currency

All Gold Coin purchases and bank transfers use USD. Ensure your bank account accepts USD transactions, and if you opt for cryptocurrency payouts, ensure your wallet is capable of accepting the specified cryptocurrency. You are solely responsible for any foreign exchange fees or costs associated with prize payments.

9.7 Processing Times and Frequency

We process redemption requests in the order received, aiming for swift processing. Cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to reach your account, while crypto redemptions are typically processed within 24-48 hours (business days only) but may take longer, depending on network congestion and wallet verification. Delays due to verification are possible. High-value prizes may have longer processing times due to security checks and may be paid in installments. We reserve the right to reject redemptions exceeding limits or allocate prizes in smaller increments over time.

9.8 Payment Administration Agents

We may appoint agents to handle payments on our behalf. These agents have the same rights as us under these Terms. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the agent's negligence or actions exceeding our authorization.

9.9 Expiry and Forfeiture

Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days of your last login and may be forfeited upon account closure. If you refuse cash payments to your nominated account twice within 3 months, we may suspend your account for investigation to ensure the platform is not being used for money laundering and/or any other fraudulent purposes.

9.10 Account Details & Related Malfunctions

Payment details for prize redemption can only be updated while logged into your account during the redemption process. We can only help you with updating your account details if you request it using an active Casino Click account. Any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins mistakenly added to your account due to technical or human error remain our property and will be deducted. If you receive a mistaken prize redemption, the amount is considered a debt owed to us. You are obligated to notify Customer Support in case of such an error.

10. User Authentication

10.1 Security and Verification

We reserve the right to conduct various verification checks to ensure responsible gameplay and compliance with regulations. If the total or individual prize redemptions exceed a particular limit ($2,500 or its equivalent), additional verification steps could be needed. Providing evidence of identity (a photo ID), proof of address (a utility bill), or information about the source of cash (a payslip or bank statement) may be required for this.

10.4 Failure to Provide Documentation

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account and to revoke any related prize redemption rights if you do not submit the necessary paperwork within 30 days of our first request.

10.5 Redemption from Suspended or Terminated Accounts

Please contact Customer Support with any questions you may have regarding prize redemption from suspended or terminated accounts.   • Financial Issues: Declared bankruptcy or insolvency.
  • False Information: Providing incorrect or misleading information.
  • Unverified Identity: Inability to verify your identity, source of wealth, or source of funds (if requested).
  • Location Masking: Using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to hide your location or provide false citizenship/residence information. Playing through a third party is also prohibited.
  • Age Restriction: Being under 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Should we suspect you of engaging in any unlawful activity, Casino Click retains the right to withdraw all or a portion of your account balance, prizes, gold coins, or sweepstakes coins. In such instances, regulatory agencies and other third parties may have access to your information.

Your account will be locked for the duration of the suspension. These rights are in addition to any other legal remedies that Casino Click may have against you in accordance with these Terms or the law.

23. Liability Waiver

25.5 Arbitration Opt-out

After you first accept these terms and conditions, you have thirty days to withdraw your consent to this arbitration agreement. You will still be able to play the Games if you want to opt out, but the mutual agreement to arbitrate disagreements is gone.

In agreeing to this binding commitment to arbitrate your Disputes, you agree that you waive any right to proceed in a court of law or to have your claims heard by a jury. The arbitration shall: (1) be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator in the English language; (2) be held virtually and not in person for all proceedings related to the arbitration, except by mutual agreement of all parties; and (3) be limited to one deposition per party, except by mutual agreement of all parties. Furthermore, in cases where neither party’s claim(s) or counterclaim(s) exceed $25,000, both parties agree to waive an arbitration hearing and resolve the dispute solely through submissions of documents to the arbitrator. Arbitration to Proceed Individually

  • Two or more similar claims for arbitration are filed concurrently by or on behalf of one or more person; and
  • Counsel for the two or more persons is the same, or share fees, or coordinate in any way across the arbitrations.
  • For the purposes of this clause, the term ‘concurrently’ means that the claims are pending (filed but not resolved) at the same time.
25.7 Waiver of Class Action and Collective Arbitration

Disputes and Claims Must be Raised Within One Year. We both agree that any claims or lawsuits, regardless of form, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms of Use must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of the action, omission, event or occurrence giving rise to the claim or suit, after which such claims will be time-barred and prohibited, without regard to any longer period of time which may be provided by any period of limitation or repose by law or statute.
