/**
 * Custom page_view tracker
 * ---------------------------------------------------------
 * Fires once anon_id is ready (does NOT wait for player_id).
 * Fires on first page load + every SPA route change (pushState/replaceState/popstate).
 * Deduplicated per path — will not fire twice for the same URL in a row.
 * Adds player_id / playerToken only when the user is authorized (via window._cldta).
 *
 * Does NOT fire again as a direct result of login: the login_success event
 * already carries both anon_id and player_id, so the route change that
 * happens immediately after a successful login (redirect) is suppressed
 * once, instead of sending a page_view with empty player fields due to
 * _cldta not having updated `authorized` yet at that exact moment.
 *
 * Key nuance: window._cldta loads asynchronously and `authorized` may not
 * exist yet at the moment the very first page_view would fire. We use the
 * `token` key in localStorage as an early, synchronous signal that the user
 * is *likely* logged in, and only in that case do we wait for the _cldta
 * event (not polling) to confirm before firing the first page_view. If
 * there is no token, we never wait for _cldta at all.
 *
 * Deploy as an inline/external page script (injected the same way other
 * page scripts are injected today) — NOT as a GTM Custom HTML tag.
